My Rice Cooker is broken :(

119 posts in this topic

Changed fuse, took it apart, just couldn't make it through the uni run, 2 years 4 months of quality service, used almost daily...

*sigh*

My wireless mouse has died a bloody death recently too, FM2012 snm.

Anyway what things have you lost/broken that have left a big gaping hole in your heart (or on your desk).

Cooked my rice on the stove today black eye peas with kidney peas and rice, of course had the coconut cream, lemon thyme and salt in that aswell. Ital food.

But yes more time its a rice cooker then less hassle

Broke mine about 6 months ago. I'm too lazy to get a new one though.

Cannot remember the last time I used a rice cooker. Don't like how they do rice personally. Plus I make brown rice and I doubt it would do it properly. I assume you can actually do rice on a stove kurious. If not smh.

Do any of you use a slow cooker?

I cook my ox tail and curry goat in it if I cant be asked to cook when I go home from work just cook it from morning ready when I get home only thing I reckon it makes the meat taste a bit different or is that just me?
