Has anyone had a dream where they are actually dreaming of their current state of sleeping, so you have two layers;

1 - your original state [eyes closed dreaming]

2 - your layered state [eyes closed dreaming of eyes closed dreaming]

Did you know, if you actually incorporate a 3rd layer then you reach the state of a coma and won't actually ever wake up for example

3 - [Eyes closes dreaming of eyes closed dreaming of eyes closed]

Was told today that it's a malfunction in the brain and performs a locking action that the neural system is unable to counter act.

Now, I've been scared because I've reached phase two of this in my life before..

Reckon it's worth going to the doctors?
