1x - Caledonia Spring water 5L bottle = £0.96p

1x - 5 Tesco's Bannana's = £1

1x - Hovis best of both = £1.29

Sum = £4.63

Change = £0.37

1x 20p spin in corals on Zero.

1x 17p in the copper jar

id rather get butter or peanut butter for the bread and skip the brown rice, and get some milk and drink tap water.

Got the idea off a bloke whilst volunteering

He said that too many people drive up the prices of the food industry and complain they have no disposable income

It's true when you think about it, why would you need to buy the variety of food on offer when God lived of water & bread.

Basically we're just factors of captialism, we believe that there must be 3 meals a day and that Asda's food is more quality than Morrisons so i'll buy more of it.

Amount of money you could save by not having excessive food resources.

You DO need a variety of food to give your body the full nourishment it needs.

Go eat rice three times a day if you want but I'll stick to being healthy.

that was such a sh*t list as well.

they use £5 on cant cook wont cook and can cook about 2 meals

u go put brown rice and banana. then still buying bottled water

i can only manage a minimum if 15 a week on just food if i try hard

i have no idea how i could even make it go down to 5
