Hard Pressing like that only works if all the outfield players

Are fit and dedicated to it. (no egos) and secondly only when the players being harried aren't comfortable in possession. If you tried to press Barca like that they'd just keep ball until you got tired and then destroy you.

Technical ballers will kill you if you press too aggressively.
