I park in a Morrisons carpark near my work, they gave up sending me letters when they realised I wasn't going to respond, but since I've got a new car they have started again.

Yh lol, it was outside the Caribbean food shop on West Brom High St

hardly ever see them on foot now, always 2 together driving around

better then City Centre ones in plain clothes and on mopeds, they just park up down the road away and keep an eye on the time, when they have waited long enough, they just pull up next to your car, slap a ticket onto the windscreen and ride off lol, whole thing takes about 10 seconds before they are gone

used to see it happen all day when i used to work around there
