What's your BMI?

5 posts in this topic

Weighed myself for the first time in ages and found out my BMI is 28 and the average for a healthy man is between 20-25.

What's your BMI?

How does someone that want's to work out on muscles keep their BMI between 20-25?

Going to start up a thread soon trying to get my BMI down to 20 before July-August if possible.

You cant, BMI is not a true reflection.

All bodybuilers, wrestlers, NFL, NBA Stars, certain boxers etc are deemed as obese based on BMI. Think we can pretty much agree that Randy Orton/Jon Cena is not obese.

Focus more on your bodyfat %

Even bf %age is flawed. Go by what you look like in the mirror. That never lies.
