There's a bigger social problem to all this than just a football problem.

Glasgow Rangers offers a great sense of freedom, activity, enjoyment and passion to people a large community that leaves a little to be desired in terms of prospects and ambitions.

Dreadful circumstances off the pitch.

The great depression just got greater.

Not even sure if your being 100% serious but you've hit the nail on the head here.

Rangers are fucked allot of their main guys want to be free agents

Plus I can see allot teams voting against them they need to join the English league to be honest if this happens might take a few years but for finance in the long run will work for them

Don't want Rangers, their fans or their bigoted views anywhere near the Englush game, already got more than enough scummy elements don't need to add to it,

And also they should be punished for what's gone on, it's not fair on the fans, but the same way they enjoyed the successes gained by certain means, they should incur the fitting punishments due to using those means.

Putting them in League 1 would be better for them long run than leaving them in the SPL and so would be a reward for the wrong doings.

Rangers get in 50k people every week, translate that into cash in league 1 next to what most of the other teams can generate. They'll be able to spend more on transfers, wages and bonuses. Therefore the top players at that level will jump at the chance to okay for them.

This means they'll navigate League 1 very easily,

Championship may be a bigger issue, but by then they'll already be getting more than they were in the SPL so "winning"

I don't even know why them other teams are acting salty

The likes of Aberdeen,Inverness etc really think they can challenge Celtic if Rangers are not around?

Now imagine one of them team qualifies for UCL it will be like Ireland at the Euros

Rangers will come back just like Fiorentina and Napoli did.

It's because it's only right they get punished properly, everyone knows Celtic will walk the league by about 40 points, but it means that clubs nay think twice about trying to bump the system, next time.

Also there's now a extra European place up for grabs now.

It'd be a mockery for them to keep Rangers in the league with next to no punishment just because of the financial lost they might incur,

If they allow Rangers to stay, they might as well throw away the rule book and allow clubs to do whatever they want.

Like its been said Rangers and Celtic generate so much money, wouldnt be suprised if other clubs rely on on playing those teams to balance the books. So taking anyway one "jaggernaught" from the league would be messed for the other teams.

HOWEVER

You cant take the piss like that and deserve to be punished, have no idea what that punishment should be as its not as black and white as some think
