Eh? that's the whole point, England were on the receiving end a few years back and not a single f*ck was given but now it's a necessity.

f*ck him, Platini, UEFA and FIFA, the saltiness levels are disgusting.

So from this

Blatter said the decision was made to "maintain the game's universality."

"We have 260 million people directly involved in the game," he said. "Other sports regularly change the laws of the game to react to the new technology. ... We don't do it and this makes the fascination and the popularity of football."

"Let it be as it is and let's leave (soccer) with errors," Blatter said. "The television companies will have the right to say (the referee) was right or wrong, but still the referee makes the decision — a man, not a machine."

To this

"It is obvious that after the experiences so far at this World Cup, it would be a nonsense not to open the file on goal-line technology," he said. "I apologized to England and Mexico. The English said thank you and accepted that you can win some and you lose some, and the Mexicans bowed their head and accepted it."

"We will come out with a new model in November on how to improve high-level referees. We will start with a new concept of how to improve match control. I cannot disclose more of what we are doing but something has to be changed."

To this

"After last night's match #GLT is no longer an alternative but a necessity."

Well he has seen sense after all this time, now sort out the corrupt organisation that is Fifa and kicking racism out of football.

Yeh he said he would re-open the debate on goal line technology after lampards ghost goal. Its obvious he and platini don't really like us, but some of you play the victim a bit too much.
