Tbf smartphones have helped Facebook/twitter a lot.

The issue with smart phones is that fb doent earn enough money from ads when accessed on a phone, that's a big gripe of theirs cos its killing revenue

The whole 'like' system is linked to market research, and makes them £. They'll never implement 'dislike'.
