Iphone 4 question (battery life)

15 posts in this topic

SO i have this iphone 4s, but the battery life seems to die VERY quickly, even when i dont use it..

so for every 20mins, 10% just dies.. for no apparent reason and no apps opened, nor do i have my brightness on to max

is there some kind of update/solution that i need to know off?

Turn off 3G or Wifi when not needed

Location services off unless needed

Some push notifications maybe

EQ on iTunes off

Also letting it die completely then charging to 100%

Double tap the home.

At the bottom of the screen a list of Apps will pop up. These Apps are basically open even when you aren't using them.

Hold down on any of the Apps. Then close down each App.

I remember when I did this for the first time I had 50 Apps to close down.

I noticed a difference in bat life after this.

^ This (Where you been Xander?!)

Once you finish with using an app, close it. Turn off those ads in location services 'cause they are constantly taking data. The battery life on the Iphone is better than the HTC Samsungs phones imo

It'll last on 100% for a good 30mins-1hour then it'll go down super quick 90-60% then it'll last the whole day
