1 dimensional Winger

What to you defines a 1 dimensional winger? i've seen Man Utd fans on here claim Ashley Young is this. However this seems such a ridiculous statement cos Young seems so complete he is very quick, he has a good delivery, he has a great long range shot and strikes the ball well from distance, he is decent at free kicks. In a Winger what more would you ask for than all this that Young provides?

Show young the inside and you know what's going to happen

Pro - You can rely on him in that situation to land the ball on a head, or in the far post

Con - You can't expect him to adapt that situation if the defender clocks on and shows him to the corner flag, expect him to just give the ball to Evra so he can fall back & try it again

His dipping crosses to the far post>>

He just needs to play every week, if he's not playing consistently he can't come in a make an impact, he was sick at the start for them.

I'd love us to get him back one day, even more so than Milner.
