feel fully mash up this is the worst my immune has been in years (i pretty much never get colds and stuff). I've had 2 flu's in like 6 months and atm I have a stupid stiff neck and i've done my side I just wanna die.

/

i also have a caffeine problem, as much as I drink herbal tea's i've got into the habit of starting my day with a latte scrapping that from next week.

i've had problems with insomnia for as long as i can remember, but i think i'm finally managing to form some kind of a routine thanks to sleep restriction therapy (and asmr videos). i highly recommend this to anyone who has severe problems sleeping, it's pretty hellish to begin with but it really does work

Ive been mildy studying Dr Sebi and Dr Llaila Afrika

Ive got Nutricide and African Holistic Health, 2 books both by Dr Afrika.

Today is my 13th day without meat (i still eat fish). Ive been eating much more nuts, nuts every day (almonds, Pistacios, Cashews, all unsalted in their natural state), Vegeatbles in their natural raw state(raw spinnach, avacados, peppers, carrots, broccoli etc) or i lightly boil them just for a few mins to make them tender (so try not to cook them) more fruit. Fruit is actually very filling, 6 plums one after the other can do me well for a bit. Im addicted to sugar, ive been trying to severly cut it down but thats the most difficult thing for me. dont wana end up with diabetes like my grandma.

Went to a vegan caribbean restaurant in Crystal Palace called Spirited Place/Palace, i had a raw food platter. some foods i havent even heard of. The yummiest was raw plantain. Never before have i thought to eat it raw, it tastes ill. Much better than a banana.

i made one protein drink that tasted sick, some guy made it intially and i had to get the recipe cos it was too nice. Almonds/almond milk, plantains, bananas, sun dried cocoa, nutmeg, pimentos blended all together.

I dont feel bloated ata ll, havent had the itus feeling that u get when u eat a large meal.

Cut out dairy, so no milk, cheese, yogurts etc

Less starch (rice, potoatos etc) Usually id have rice 3-5 times a week, in 2 weeks ive had 2 spoons full.

Im holistically changing my outlook on life, i dont take prescription drugs at all. growing my hair, wash with natural black soap, soon will use no floride toothpaste, im just trying a ting really. hasnt harmed me, and im not missing out.

Kind of started when i watched this. My barber hired out a lil cinema in Bermondsey, we payed a change like £5 each and we (about 40) of us, people who i dont know, watched the dvd and had a discussion onit afterwards. this was over a year ago. i cant find the dvd in full online but heres the trailer

FFS my immune system is pissing me off. What drugs do I need to take to strengthen this motherf*cker? I'm tired of illness messing up my day. It happens too often.

I've had a blood test and they've said nothing than a common low amount of Vitamin D and my symptoms are irrelevant to that.

And my GP is pissing me off, she ain't done sh*t and she's always been sh*t, she even got suspended a few years back when a patient died. She said she'd give me a recommendation to a specialist but haven't heard from her in like 2 weeks.

C/s

Water is power aim for a min of 2 litres a day you'll see a difference, not too far from that though do t want to upset the electrolytes or whatever

I drink a tablespoon of aloe Vera sap nightly as apparently it is a powerful natural antibiotic

Green tea and lemon joose is good too

Try and eat less processed stuff and as above more fruit n veg

I always known I was aneamic but just found out im a carrier.

Has being a carrier affected ur relationships or the potential to have children with another carrier? My cousin and has full blown sickle cell and I did feel like the risk isnt worth it. When ur in a relationship how does health play a role in staying together itss craaay.

I have HBSc and my girl has the beta Thallasemia trait

So if we have kids one day there is a chance that a kid may have a bad combo of heamoglobin.

It's one if those ones where you just have to trust God cos I know my parents were told to abort my big bro but he leaves guys for dead on the footie pitch every weekend, all seasons, as if there's nothing wrong with him at all and I'm trying to run a marathon in the next few years.

Never beleive the hype with these white doctors because they do not have a clue, all they want to do is give you/your child antibiotics and blood transfusions. Mum refused it and I'm 21 years old now and never had a transfusion, not when I was stabbed, had a bad crisis or in hospital last year with a blood infection. She fed me greens and high fibre foods instead and encouraged me to be active.

Its not as bad as the daemonz make it out to be trust me I get the regular check ups and I have been told to be well, fit and healthy beyond that of a person with normal blood.

From what ive researched people with immune problems have bone marrow and thymus gland issues. Like captain planet said drink fresh squeezed lemons at least 5 times a day and get on a thymus gland herb that support the thymus gland like astragalus, eehinacea and pau d’arco. If you go on a strict raw fruit and veg diet you are going to see quick changes.

J lovely he goes for testing next week.

CP I fully overs what u say and im the last person to get in the hype of these neo sciences.

but when u have someone in the family with the full blown combo and every month they are in hospital fighting pneumonia or what ever else the body cant fight against u know the threat is real. My aunt to this day blames herself for my cousins sickness because she knew his father was a carrier. fair enough they dont do so much testing in those days but she still feels that his lifestyle (in and out of hospital) could have been avoided if she breed with someone else.

its f*cked tho cuz if u like someone u like them innit.

Safe for the recommendations. Will definitely try upping my intake on fruit and veg.

When I start my next job I'll try a raw fruit/veg diet as decent fruit is a bit too expensive for buying constantly on my current budget.

It can be done if you cut out certain things. Dont wait until an ''ideal'' time. make small changes, like have a fruit in the morning and one in the evening.

i thought that eating more raw food would be expensive but for 50 odd days i havent been in a fast food shop (bar subway now and again, but i get tuna no meat). like i mentioned before i eat much more fruit. especially if you like juicing, juice fruit. when i go to my mini tesco and they have fruit on clearance i buy it straight, and then go home and juice it.

Celery and beetroot are meant to be natural blood clensers.
