Does anyone here pay into a pension?

If so how much of your salary do you contribute?

If you don't, why?

Not now, but will do in a new job from January.

I was a bit :\ about doing it, but it seems worth it. Whatever you pay in your employer matches, and if you leave within three years then you get the entirety of it paid out to you (not including what the employer has paid in).

Unsure what happens if you leave after those three years.
