Depends on what risk u go for they offer u them mad high risk ones that pay out nice but yh u could get f*cked

Its Now law that Everyone working over 16 hrs has to be enrolled on a pension scheme by your employer

I was a bit :\ about doing it, but it seems worth it. Whatever you pay in your employer matches, and if you leave within three years then you get the entirety of it paid out to you (not including what the employer has paid in).

Unsure what happens if you leave after those three years.

im on the standard pay X% and my employer matchse it

no idea what happens as you move between jobs

just make sure you are paying into SOMETHING

i was always told when you leave the money is held untill you find another job then it continues based on that companies terms (how much they match etc)

Yh that's what I thought cos I still get statements each year from my pension saying how much I got and I haven't worked for a couple years now
