Chronixx....

28 posts in this topic

Man is too serious, only 19 but definitely representing for JA properly. He brings a kinda energy onto tracks that I ain't felt since I first heard people like Buju, Garnett Silk or Dennis Brown. Subjective comparisons aside, I think most people should be able to find something they can dig...

Been singing this tune for weeks now, tune is too much.

Have to admit when I opened the thread and saw the first screen cap instantly thought it would be shit dancehall, pleasantly surprised, need to address my bias.

^ Seen my guy before but never listened, he's alright. Will check his stuff out.

Still, I prefer listening to man like this than Tommy Lee. Jamaican music is a little lost right now, creatively.

Nice to see little movements like this though. Rest in peace to Jah Ova Evil (J.O.E).

This is my Favourite Protoje song

and im not even a weed smoker!

i can appreciate all forms of Jamaican music from Tommy Lee to whoever....naturally i would rather Tommy Lee typa demon tunes wernt dehay still...but he's improved so i rate that.

Tommy's sting performance was good still. Busy Signal's IMO was the best, shout out Knonshens too.

Dave you'll like this.

Guy has impeccable mic control, probably one of the best singjays out there. His voice is on point, he transposes his vocals onto different riddims like it's nothing.

Well anuh nutt'n fi wi run inna Rome and start a fire, start a fire...
