Kervan specials the one.
Normally stick with grilled foods when I eat out try and keep fried food to a minimal, however once in a while will ask bossman for few pieces of chicken and some extra wings at my local chicken shop
Mixed shish, heap of salad, chilli and garlic sauce.
Minimal guilt.
tbf if its chicken / meat cooked in the tandoor or grilled, with salad, its not that unhealthy.
i mean, we have something here called a pizza crunch - battered, deep friend, PIZZA. Usually serverd as a half with chips. THATS unhealthy, but amazing.
Scotland is one of the unhealthiest countries, Whats with the obsession to deep fry everything lmao.

Nothing wrong with shish though, just lean meat.
