If clubs had've started doing this about 7 years ago, I would at least be playing semi pro by now.Pissed.
back on topicmore clubs should look to do this especially london ones as there is loads of good yutes that get overlooked because they aint black or white(english).f*ckeries still.

Good topic and very true.Tarrabt, Dervitte and Pekhart are examples of this and how good our scouting system overseas has become.And then players like Judas and King who are homegrown straight up from the academy, and there are more of these type of players to come.To be honest, i cant see us winning the title within the next years though, the "big 4" arnt gonna get broken anytime soon, ie. the next few years, but if we continue the way we are going, im surely going to see what success feels like, for the first time in my football lifetime.
