i have only been away like 3 days from my mums house

 

the food i make is so shit. gona miss the meals and clothes washing a lot

 

nothing wrong living with ur mum tho

Moved out when I had the chance at 18, never looked back.

 

Can be own my own when I want and still go back every now and again and it means more as well.

Been out a few years, started off not so great but now im in a nice house.

 

I miss the ease of home but hate being too much in my mums way and vice versa (we work together).

it really all comes down to what point u are in your life

 

also theres too many opportunities in this era to tie yourself down and come up with:

 

deposit

legal costs such as solicitor’s fees

survey cost

Stamp Duty

removal costs, and

your monthly bills – such as gas, electricity, home phone, etc.

 

when as a young person with your whole life in front of u and no real responsibilties 

u can use those funds and energy to be in a position to cop any yard u want, of course theres pros to buying but ye

ive started a new job paying me 30k

 

i will be moving out my parents house as soon as i receive 3 pay cheques
