might as well jump in here 

 

anyone know a good core workout to do for a whole session... can do abs ok no problem

 

but really want to strengthen my whole core and im willing to dedicate a session on it a week

In the kitchen (diet).. Most people including fat guys have amazing abs just from everyday life.. They just cant be seen because theyre covered in fat.

But exercises i normally do are weighted crunches, standard weighted sit ups.. Leg raises.. Standing with a weight in 1 hand and leaning to that side (gives you that V shape) and core strength exercises like dead lift, squats etc also good for abs

Doing pull ups keeping your legs pushed out horizontally in front 

 

Hanging from a bar, bring your knees up to your mid section

 

Hanging from a bar...bring your legs horizontally up so they're in front of you then back down again. So bringing your legs to the 9 on a clock then back to 6.

LOL @ Tuna & Milk! Could even imagine how rotten that tastes together!

 

Cosign everyone that says Abs are made in the kitchen! If your diet is correct your abs will be define...but also it is good to add weighted exercises into any ab routine....they are like any muscle at the end of the day and resistance will make them grow. The guys who have those really deep grooved abs always put it down to resistance!
