This game/activity. Identify one player, or type of player that you feel would make your team, or any team step up a level. It can only be ONE player though.

You can take into consideration the teams history, playing style, culture. Club teams or international nations it doesn't matter. What player is the missing link? It can be a specific player, a specific role needed (striker, Left back, false 9, inverted winger)

For nations it doesn't have to be a player from the same nation. Ie what would make Italy, England or Colombia serious WC contenders? What would turn Aston Villa into contenders for European places again or reach Mid table security?

Include lesser teams or nations as well. Not just Super teams. Offer reasons and your justifications.

Try be realistic and dont be lazy and say Messi/Pele/Maradona all the time
