I've perfected the footballer nose blow still.

 

Hold the top of the nose and blow/drain in 1 go.

 

 

Can't be blowing your nose into tissues cos the particles are flying back in your nose and making it worse.

 

Gotta be a clean blow.

but i went for a hour and a half walk, havent taken any hayfever meds this year, and i totally forgot i even had it

 

didnt feel anything

 

was sunny and warm and stuff so i dont even know what happened

 

prob a fluke

 

but i havent had anything this year other than that weird feeling you get at the back of your nose/bottom of your brain and maybe 2 sneezes

 

last year was fuckin cray

ive tried doing the footballer nostril blow. when i do it snot goes all around my mouth/lip/nose area. never again. ive been traumatised. tissues ftw for 100% reassurance.

Yesterday/Today have been the worst, my eyes are fully swollen and nose is running like a tap. 

 

Only got three hours sleep... nothing is helping!!!!

I'd take 3 hours sleep. The last time I saw on my clock was 5:43 and I had to be up at 6:15
