only one who didn't turn up was Method Man which was fine by me cos he is any court jester these days

Was very sick.

 

Acoustics were a bit dodgy so certain times I was standing there figuring out what song was playing, and by the time I'd done so, it was finished. That annoyed me. However, the tunes I did work out, the crowd (mostly white ppl)  was hyped for most of em.

 

The whole crew pretty much were there, and Allah Mathematics (DJ, producer) did a sick little scratching bit in the middle of the show. Some mad skills, trust. 

 

They know how to get the crowd hype after 20 years, that's for sure.

 

Last tune they played was Rockwilder, which killed it. They played lots of their individual tunes i.e. GZA did bare tunes from Liquid Swords as did Method Man.
