I do it before and after .

Brush teet,leave it about 20 minutes for the toothpaste taste to leave my mouth,eat,then brush teet again

Dentists always told me to brush before breakfast because the paste acts as a shield/barrier for when you eat but i grew up brushing after breakfast and my teeth are criss

These days its an intermittent fasting ting so i dont eat breakfast anyway

I shower before gym some days just depending on how i feel after work (dirty job)... I go to a posh gym with bare females now so like to be fresh and cocoa butter'd

Weekdays = Breakfast then Brush Teeth/Shower

Weekends = Brush Teeth/Shower then lunch (not normally up in time for breakfast)

one time i was staying at his and he brushed his teeth, then a sec later he starts drinking coke and smoking a cig. i say "but you just brushed your teeth". man tells me "i hate the taste of the toothpaste"
