Easygym Oxford Street

Anyone else go here? £20 quid for probably the best kitted out/free weight gym in Central London.

 

8 olympic benches with the bars and 3 squat racks + lifting platform.

 

go there around 9:30pm or 10-11am and the whole gym floor is pretty much empty

My old work colleague goes there.  From pics and vids Ive seen him post on instagram the gym is very good for the price tag.  More than enough equipment.

The weights in general feel light though.

what are the dumbells saying? like max weight?

 

tried "the gym" once and the heaviest they had was 30 kg and had one flat bench and one smith machine, which had about 100 people cueing up for it

 

was not impressed

wood green easy gym was muuuuuuch better than the 24hr one wen i last went... got about 6 flat benches, 1 incline 1 decline, dont really have to wait 3 squat racks, dip station... actually about 4 of them technically, and 4 pull up bars (couple with assistance) 24 hour one, one bench full stop, no squat rack, didnt c anywer to dip, and its actually allooottt smaller than easy gym which surprised me

Max weight is 50kg brah

 

and they have two pairs of each dumbbells and about 20 adjustable benches right next to the dumbbell racks

probably I am in there at least 3 times a week. 

A new gym is suppose to be opening around the corner from thre for £12 a month. 

Easygym must be feeling the heat.
