Do you wash meat before cooking?

Me personally I always do with like vinegar or lemon juice

 

The other day this woman was teling me she dont as it just spreads bacteria ect

or if nones avaliable use water. technically if youre putting it in the oven the tempratures gonna kill any germs anyway but still

besides washing it with water wont do much. You dont get rid of bacteria by washing it you kill bacteria by cooking it properly
