Both, it all depends on how you train.

 

Building muscle - Focus on strength & weight progression

 

With that in mind, if you're going to use super sets, train heavy in your sets...probably something like

 

5-8 Reps

4/5 Sets

 

Per exercise.

 

 

You should try and do 2 weeks of superset training ever X amount of weeks, the shook to your muscles should produce some decent results. Don't let your body get used to it, so revert back to normal training for another 4/5 weeks maybe.
