Unless you wanna be travelling City to city (motorway) a 125 will do you good.

CBT can be completed in a day for around £100 and you're good to go. as said a decent 125 will get you to 70mph.

its a good entry point for you to decide whether you want something bigger next.

Funny this, I just done my CBT today

Looking at getting a yamaha yzf r125

Any info you need ask away I'll try and help...

Whats your budget? whats the best price you've seen one going for?

Looking at either this or a Honda CBR. The Yamaha kills it for looks though

I'm dropping around 2k for something like a 2010 with 8k miles

I was originally looking at CBR's and took my cbt on a cbf today which is meant to be very similar but the YZR blows it out of the water looks wise.

Bear in mind I was told the YZR is the most stolen bike in the UK so your insurance will be more

All in I'm gonna be spending 2.5k on bike and insurance bit I'm confident saying if you went for a cbr you could do it for 1.5k

YZR is the most expensive 125 easily I wouldn't say it's cheap

Gumtree, brand new they're 4.5k although there's a nice 3 year finance deal from yamaha if you're that way inclined

100 deposit and 110 a month for 3 years I think it is
