Just have patience for the setup, they had to work on a plot as the first was criticised for not having one. 

 

Genuine 10/10 movie.

Quiet Ones and Last Days on Mars were shit

The Raid 2 was stellar. Storyline was good,though a little flabby in places,but overall it worked. The fight scenes were crazy. A real step above the original. And some of the gunplay.  

 

Fackin hell there's a scene where they give no fucks about showing what a shotgun pointed at a face is truly capable of.

 

I saw it with a packed out cinema, was quite the experience.

after my 3rd viewing of The Raid 2, I've gotta say, the camera work is incredible. Probably the best I've seen. They do things with cameras I look at and deem impossible.

Just watched Raid 2, so so so sick.

 

That last fight scene was the best I've ever seen, felt like I wanted to stand up and applaud that shit.  

 

None of that bullshit wire crap you get in a lot of martial arts films.

 

Only gripe for me is the version I had was dubbed instead of subtitles so I don't think that helped with the story, was confused a few times about what was actually going on.

Aint seen raid but I ended up watching raid 2 at my mates

I dont f wid martial arts films in general but i really enjoyed it

Only downside was it had some boog american dub that was distracting but by time i got 1/4 into the film my brain had blocked the dub out

I wana hear this out of curiosity, I find American dubbed martial arts films funny, and want a funny side to The Raid 2

Also, I think either the main villain from number 1, or the dad's friend assassin from number 2 is in Let's be Cops.

though I generally favour subs over dubs most the time I watched it I was too tired so I watched with the dubs, they're annoying but the action is so on-point you can get over the voices
