Seriously contemplating moving here to work...

Spoke to a friend about it and put things into hindesight...

I said I am not the type to move to another country to work etc... then I thought well why not if its for maximum a year just for experience as well as lifestyle, should be good...

on a side note... whats the clubbing/nightlife like??

can you easily draw women on road like how you can do in the UK? or will they chuck you in prison for approaching a ting?

They love English money out there. It's all money. You can drink, just not on the streets.

It's hot as holy hell and the salaries are typically much higher as they just want to import talent, some places will even put you up in your own flat depending on the industry you're in. Party scenes banging although I think for the better parties you just fly to Abu Dhabi which is like 30 minutes. My mate was a resident DJ there for a while and she loved it and a couple other friends are out there, everyone recommends.

Again, hotter than the tip of Satans d*ck so if you don't do the Sun, don't go.

Everyone says this but few do it.

If you can function without the company of people, you'll do ok. If not, forget it.

Nightlife is ok. Just draw holiday-goers.

Yeah its not like, real. It's all image, if you've got money they love you regardless of race, sex or demographic.

Except Saudis. Apparently they're too much. Everyone else is cool

Just wealth

1 Architect (who would likely have made it anywhere), ridiculous baiders his Kew Gardens crib looks like a show home, he doesn't even live in it.

1 Recruitment agent, who predominantly sources candidates from outside of dubai and places them within. From what I'm told, his commissions are phenom.

1 Who claims to work in real estate, whether he's an estate agent or otherwise I'm unsure, I don't know him like that to ask, but he fits the pretentious bill.

A few nightclubs hostesses & girls who found a rich Arab - insta's all consist of designers, supercars, city skyline balcony views and ciroc fountains.

Shria Law

The term means "way" or "path"; it is the legal framework within which the public and some private aspects of life are regulated for those living in a legal system based on Islam.

Dubai is nice if u have connections. Thats for the holiday lot

To work there is great. The money is worth something. They got good currensy and if u are qualified and get a good employer (with cash) ur clear

(Range,VW 4x4) company car, rent for a villa paid for. Its mad. Especially for skilled professions with degrees and good reference they love people from england with the credentials
