I wanna start preparing meals the night before but I don't know a lot about nutrition

There's a lot of conflicting stuff about

Any links or info going? I know I'm looking to bulk on about 3000kcals

What sort of things are to struggling to grasp, or what are you unsure about? Like when you say conflicting what are the examples you've saw.

I want to know everything tbh, I just want a source that is consistent throughout.

As in not pulling different articles of opinions. One successful person posting theirs is better for me.

The problem that creates is that what works for one succesful person may not work for everyone. This is one reason why there is so much conflicting information. What works for me during bulking season is a high carb diet, that is because of my body type (Endomoprh), that really isn't going to benefit everyone, infact it would be very detrimental to some.

 

Best thing to do, identify what type of body type you are.

 

Find a example diet that fits your body type
