Bet if you add it up you'd be surprised.

Can easily spend that in a week, £5 lunch a day total = £25, one takeaway total = £40, dinner throughout total = £60/£70

Per month, not sure, but nutrition for the training goals I am working towards means that it's probably doubled since August 2014.

£120. A month, With indulgence. Factor another £20 for takeaways.

I shop at Asda or the co-op mostly.

I've got a Costco card so certain bulk buys are already sorted. And I get those big bags of rice etc.

Tbh looking at the shit I come back with after a monthly shop I could cut that down further still.

How many people are in your household Underwriter? I know 4 guys from football who live in a house, I doubt they get through £320 a month on food.

Who's spending £80 a month on food?

Can spend near that a week when the weight gain momentum is in full swing.

Good point. Not sure he was asking about more than just good shop in though, thankfully I get lunch sorted for me at work most of the week. That used to be a massive cost.

I can verify that when bulking your shopping bill increases. You've gotta be very fkn shrewd and regimental with diet if you're doing it properly.

Thanks for verifying but it's pretty obvious, eating more = buying more food.

When I lived with my friend, we'd spend abut £130 (Tesco) or £90 in say a Lidl/Aldi, a month/.

But we were both on point with our food, everything was fresh, healthy.. no microwave meals, sweets, crisps or any junk food stuff.
