Alot of those securities these days are just any scare crow in front of a door.

Only those bouncer type seem to really be about their business.

Was just watching this program on BBC3. Toughest jobs in the world. Artic sea fishing paid one fisherman £75k after 6 months work.

Course mate

Those guys can clear $20 k clean for a month at sea. Nobody on this forum is tough enough to do their job though. Half of them have missing fingers, spend days awake hauling lines in storms. It's not easy money

Forgot to mention this for anyone that's interested, a free alternative route to the weekend courses mentioned in this thread.

Sign on

Get them to send you to City of Westminster College(or any other college that offers the same courses via the job centre) to get your Level 2 Door Supervision, Level 2 CCTV and Level 3 Close Protection badges for free = http://www.cwc.ac.uk/Courses/Pages/Section-back-to-work.aspx

Sign off

The reason its free and longer(2-10 weeks depending on which badge your want) than the paid courses is because you have to do this shit...

- Public Service Skills

- Career Planning

- Employability training including CV writing, interview techniques, assistance with job search

...which covers the cost.
