I.T Support , Help desk in particular 

 

You need patience from the gods to succeed , seen weak people walk out after 2 days cause they thought it would be a doss 

 

How can you call for support and be trying to control the mouse as I'm trying to resolve the issue FFS

 

used to come like mission control

Remember one time I was in pc world, some customer asked the staff whats the difference between these two laptops?

Guy must have said; 'Well that is the more expensive one, so thats obviously better innit' . Folded his arms and nodded to the customer like' Am i done here'  :lmao:

 

Killer thing is guys been waiting for ages for someone to help him out. only to get a response like that.

I can't understand people who don't do their research before buying a product. I will never rely on a staff about which device is better.

Indeed. If I'm spending over £100 on something, best believe I'm going to research things properly before I go and potentially buy it.

SAM... The way i have to operate with no budget is a joke.. 

Calling vendors, Trying to get the cheapest deals on support & maintenance or upgrades when i'm offering NO P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Especially coming from an IB environment with Barcap where they throw scrilla at you, now with reserved Banco Santander

Then when you ask for the mouse, it comes as a shock like "oh...I thought I could carry on", or "oh I just need to send a quick email" :angry:

 

Remote software that has the ability to disable client control has been a god send!!

Driving instructor .. I think of it as calm because I picked it up soo easily but imagine the stress levels when it comes to them terrible panicky drivers

These times i just blank their screen, lock their mouse and say " go make a fucking cup of coffee or something " lmao
