I like to believe the whole silk road trial won't stand the test of time.

5, 10, 20 years from now, the evidence against the government, DEA, etc, will be heard and the whole thing will fall apart.

the smoking gun is of course how they managed to find the silkroad server in the first place. That won't be the only time they broke the law in trying to catch DPR either. I hope variety jones has some concrete shit that will help that cause.

but who knows.

in a way it feels like he brought the arrest on himself. and why would he do that when he's supposedly sitting on 100s of millions of $$$. He must have a few cards to play. but who knows whos knows who knows!?
