Couple guys I know that own their own companies forwarded me the emails my employer sent them

I filled out the reference and sent it back to my guys

They then sent that on to my employer from their hr email

I made up the bank statements on photoshop

And for the period I said I was doing my degree I got a ref from a lecturer

I passed DBS because my convictions were spent

Started my current job in April 2012

They ran DBS while I was still in my probation period

Depending on your age when you get a custodial sentence it takes 7 years for it to become spent

Using my middle name meant DBS had to write to me to confirm that I was me because the first name they have on file is different and that meant by the time they sent the result of the check back to my employer my conviction was spent

I cut it fine though

2 months ago I sat in on the most awkward interview ever. One guy at work is a genius. He is also a bit of a c*nt, especially to people he doesn't know.
