Its there to see , we know how to shut teams out or atleast minimise their threat. 

 

The final 3rd is the problem. 

 

Rooney AND Mata both need to go.

 

Shaw will be back and him and Memphis can pick up where they left off , provided he comes back fully injury free. That partnership was on point

 

Martial roaming ST 

 

RW & CAM are the problems for me. Lingaard is a good RW who can play the false winger role with more mobility than Mata , NEEDS to put away his chances though

Before today Spurs and Barca had 88 and Bayern had 111

 

Scary thing is LVG acts like we create enough chances and we're just unlucky

Haven't been this happy in a long time.

Not the results, but the performances.

Fast tempo, pressing, taking players on, shooting outside the box.

Really hope Fellaini, Young Valencia, Jones and Rooney don't play again this season

Would love to see Depay Rashford Martial front 3 all roaming and rotating too

Schneiderlin even running forward with the ball

Lingard <> Martial

Carrick <> Smalling

Rojo <> Shaw

And that is a serious team

Seen some woeful starting line ups and substitutions

And yet we could still get CL and a trophy.

Been a good season when you take everything into consideration.

Great defensive record, home record.

Smalling establishing himself.

2 fowards with fantastic futures coming to light from nowhere.

Another great season for De Gea confirming him as a top 3 in world football.

Opportunity for another FA Cup.

Can't sniff at that.

Some Arsenal season

The Luke Shaw injury was massive as well. If you look at the games when he was about the pace and confidence we had with him was crazy. As well as other injuries , that has been our biggest downfall if everyone was fit 

Like Cole says it will be a successful season if we can grab CL & a trophy. Still can go very wrong but oh well , for it to be still in our grasp at this stage is a positive ( all things considering) 

Memphis , Morgan ( not so much but he showed he was amongst the best defensive mids last season ) , and Darmian all need more time imo. If they are still struggling 1/2 into next season it will be exit doors. 

Blind  ( Moved into DLP/CDM ) , Smalling , DDG , Martial could easily be the spine of the team going forward ,  we need to remove Rooney ( lol ) Rojo , Valencia , Young , Mata , Fellaini ,Herrera ( still not convinced ) Jones & Valdes. 

The youngsters that have been introduced is the biggest positive for me , Fosu Mensah , Varela , CBJ , Rashford etc have shown enough to be considered for next season. Tuanzebe ,Riley , Williams , Weir up next. there's even more.

I just hope we don't bring in a manager who will want to tear up the ting and reset , The board knows this which is why i think Jose is STILL out of job even through that tough December we had.

Taking all that into account , DECENT season.

Get rid of Mata and move Blind to midfield??

Mate carrick has been doing it for years with limited mobility,  Blind can play that role. Regardless he needs to be in the starting 11 , either as a CB or DLP.

and Mata, yeah he can go , just doesn't do it for me , need a 10/ AM who is a bit more engergtic this is why Lingard gets the nod ahead sometimes , can't always pick a pass but he's on heels , need someone who can do both.
