Wouldn't let them in my club

not the two in the middle tbh

far left and right if they behave

my thoughts

bet those are the "two mixed race ones" that were mentioned

tbh the whole thing is an issue of society and how clubs operate

if you want to be attractive to a white crowd (who are generally seen as more attractive for business) then you don't allow too many darker skinned people in, I think most of us have been in the situation where we go to a place we're usually let into but can't get in because this time we've brought along 2/3 more darker skinned people than usual, you can see the black bouncers hate doing it as well but it is the reality

its not gonna change

i think its good to expose the awful reality in such a way but its not gonna change

I don't think you're ever going to get to a point where white people (or asian/etc/etc) feel as comfortable as they do in a place where 80-90% of the place is white people in a place where 40% of the people are of colour.

I mean in the general sense, naturally we have a large amount of white people who are happy to be around black people, its not a lack of acceptance, its a lack of comfort in interaction.

Many (not all) of the same white people will stick to their groups in these events and not feel comfortable to socialise with the other black people they don't know.

(irrelevant to the whole club thing) You'll find people who are afraid to refer to black people as "black" despite having black friends, and even if they do use the term, they'll feel embarrassed if someone who was black was around.

If the protest is to just highlight the issue then i support it, but not to be let back into the establishment.

Anyone who knows whats going on and is black, and or cares, as a result shouldnt go there ever at all.

Would be a good time for a black club owner and manager (one or so must exist) to identify themselves so at least we know and can directly support them

I was with you dub until the last paragraph. You would see alot of white heads that go to a predominantly black events/club and feel extremely at ease.

those are them proper sockets tho

these central london mayfair clubs are not highly sockety like that... just subtle rnb hip hop what these whites can fucks wid

too many black all up in the club will be a prowblem

One of the posters on the last insta made a point...

Are they just bruised egos hurt cos they wernt let in? Do they really care? They submitted photos for verification of what they look like? does that lead one to think that they knew that the club had dubious door policy, and if they had got the bly they wouldnt say anything at all after the fact.

Why are you man so against them protesting?

Difference between begging a bouncer to get in after he turns you away and organising a protest outside the venue, getting media attention and having it trend on twitter

Real house mentality thinking what the white man will be thinking of us now

Us?

sheeeeee'
