What do u lot use as references mixes when mixing your tracks?
for grime i usually use 96 bars of revenge
hiphop/rnb there r too many sick mixes

u should try using a plugin like voxengo span and look at the frequency range if u aint got good monitors

I don't do this, well not intentionally if i do.
Probably Wiley if i do, i know he's no timbo, nice and simple.

I really need to get some monitors though, it's a joke now, it really is.
I had some that one producer suggested, i'll post them when i get home and see what you guys think.

49Hz - 20kHz is a good freq range.

u need a decent room to do your mixdowns in otherwise, regardless of what monitors you're using certain materials in your room and the shape of your room will accentuate certain frequncies which will lead to a poorer mixdown, go listen in different parts of your room, like in the corners and you'll hear the bass is louder in certain places. best thing is to use frequency analysis as well.
