This cold war business is getting a little heated. Turkey been in Syria bombing Kurds now.... How is this allowed to happen? I thought the so called coalition were helping the Kurds fight IS.

Depends which Kurds you mean.

 

There are pro Turkish Kurds and anti-Turkish Kurds

 

Iraqi Kurds and the YPG are down with Turkey to some extend. They dislike Syrian Kurds (and some Iraqi Kurds too) and have been bombing the PKK.
