Greens
If you can get on with it it's unlikely a migraine. Basically have to go and lie down in a dark room cause the pain is so bad. Ice pack, codeine and hope you can fall asleep. When it gets really bad end up throwing up a couple times. Peak thing for me is I don't get any warning signs like some people do, mine just starts off with a small headache and gradually gets worse. So now because I'm so prang any time I feel anything that could be a headache coming on I take painkillers. Probably take them more days of the week than I dont, shit can't be good for my liver. Heero Yuy
I read somewhere that long term use of pain killers can potentially lead to depression.
Yoshie
Migraines are killer, I can feel them coming on when I stop being able to read, can't see the word I'm looking at. Then I lose about 30% vision for 30 mins or so then the pain kicks in.

Greens
Friend of a friend had botox treatments for migraine, said it cut hers down by about 80%. They do about 30 tiny injections around your head and neck. Need to re-up every 3 months or so but can get it on the NHS.

A few times when I was at secondary school, had the blurry vision n transitioned to puking within 30mins n its constant puking until stomach bile n shit, just pleading with the teachers to put me down (as in shoot me, not from lifting me up) Had a baaad period again in adult life of getting them, but that could have been traced back to the viagras I picked up from a colleague. Drs prescribed Migraleave which can be brought over the counter (you need to start the course soon as you feel a symptom though), but they also proscribed some STRONG shit that your only allowed to take like 4 or 5 times a year due to high addiction rates eyesight was 20-20 them times Unkorr

I do, actually started wearing them properly since those 3 successive migraines. Often find mine is coupled with a lack of sugar on the day. JLovely
My friend suffers from them and since cutting out dairy she's seen an improvement. Don't know if there's an actual link but it's worked for her.
dub
go on a raw vegan gluten-free diet and you'll find all sorts of ailments falling away, thing is you'll probably not figure out what exactly was the problem and you'll eventually miss out on them good foods
