  1. For not rating a snowflake yeah Your taste actually offends me. How can a man say this is dead? You're trying too hard to stick to your black is better principals.

  3. Way too many false generalisations with little substance in this thread. I doubt anyone whose making these generalisations has actually been to SE Asia which is interesting.
  4. I've always had trouble building my lat's but just came across an exercise I seen Jay Cutler do. Who knows about "Rope Straight Arm Pulldowns?" It's hard not to get tri's involved but if you don't it's an awesome isolation exercise for your lats. http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/main/popup/name/rope-straight-arm-pulldown
  5. Fam... 140kg is a big weight for squatting and that leg press is impressive too. Keep it up. Make sure your hitting your calves as hard and with a rep range above 15 as well.
  6. Try some negatives. If you have a good spot that you trust; stick 100kg onto the bar and lower it to your chest as slowly as possible. Obviously when you're at the bottom you'll have to get your spot to help you to push it to the top so you can start again. Do this as many times as possible at the end of your chest workout.
  7. Gym 5 times a week and play football 3 times a week currently. 1) & 2) I just started going to the gym with one of my boys and he has some flexibility problems. Everyone has different issues and for instance his problem is flexibility within his hips but I don't think there's one cure that fits all. There's videos such as this which I'm sure will help but I'm not going to pretend that I personally could be bothered to do this so my advice to you would be just do what you can and try and work on going a bit lower every time. My mate started by saying he categorically couldn't squat but now he's adding about 10kg on every session and feeling good about it. Before every leg session start with the bar and go as low as possible without hurting yourself and eventually you'll be squatting lower with more ease and confidence. When I first started squatting I never went anywhere near ass to grass and still got decent leg gains because I did other exercises to compensate. I used to get criticized by people saying I was doing half reps and sh*t but these are same guys who don't even squat. Now I go atg for 10 reps on 150kg comfortably (no brag took me years.) Just work on what you can and keep trying to improve. Don't add silly weight on to boost your ego and you'll surprised at how you'll look forward to doing legs. You can absolutely make gains but for maximum gains you need to try be improving repetitions or weight every time you step foot in the gym. If you're benching with 15kg's it's not going to be long before you doing 30kg for 20 reps and then it'll be a good time to leave. Until then just smash out whatever you can and use the olympic bar to stack bigger weight on until you've maxed everything out. They tend to leave weights lower because they believe it will attract the wrong kind of people. If you want to look incredible at some point you will have to shift incredible weight. This is just my opinion and whats work for me. You won't see a guy squat 180kg with skinny legs. Props. My weights are low at the moment, was pushing the same when I was 19 before uni. 23 now smh Squats are f*cked, took a video of myself the other day doing it and my bum/knee were level at the lowest point, had to drop 15KG and pick up the form. Form and diet are the most important I went travelling for a year after training consistently for a few years. I was a bean pole before and before I left I was in pretty good shape. The good news is it took me below half the time to get my strength back so muscle memory does exist. Just do what you can there's no rush. When you start adding small amounts of weight every session is when you'll start looking forward to your sessions that's the sweet spot. My problem is keeping my ego in check as always going to failure on every set is guaranteed to increase your chance of injury. Just to reiterate what someone else said. Abs are built in the kitchen. Diet is so f*cking paramount it can't be overstated enough. If you're not getting enough protein/fats/(even) carbs you're not going to grow. You also need enough vitamins which will also keep you healthy and looking forward to your sessions.
  8. For those who are just starting out: I know it's hard but get into the habit of squatting and dead lifting from the get go. I wish I did. It'll always be hard on the day but when I squat big weight nowadays it doesn't even feel sore the next day (DOMS ie delayed onset muscle soreness.) I remember the times when I could barely walk up stairs for a week after squatting so just keep at it. I'm not trying to sound condescending but if you have any questions no matter how stupid type them here and I'll try and answer them. I'm not a professional body builder but most of the stuff you're wondering I've probably researched for myself in the past.
  9. hey yo, sub zero...... You the 4x4 producer? Nope. There was another Sub Zero on here a few years ago that might have been.
  10. If you support Villa or Birmingham City you can f*ck off. Sky Blue Army >>>>>
  11. 28m for a 21 year old full international with 2 years worth of goal scoring premiership experience. I wouldn't say it's great value but it most definitely isn't bad in today's money. Full name Romelu Menama Lukaku[1] Date of birth 13 May 1993 (age 21)[1] Place of birth Antwerp, Belgium Height 1.90 m (6 ft 3 in)[2] Playing position Striker 2009–2011 Anderlecht 73 (33) 2011–2014 Chelsea 10 (0) 2012–2013 → West Bromwich Albion (loan) 35 (17) 2013–2014 → Everton (loan) 31 (15) 2008 Belgium U15 4 (1) 2011 Belgium U18 1 (0) 2009 Belgium U21 5 (1) 2010– Belgium 32 (7)
  12. This isn't about football, you're talking about national pride and a lot of people don't have that because for whatever reason they feel as if they're not fully accepted or part of the nation. The same man that struggle to grasp this are often the same ones that vote BNP / back the EDL, how's that for irony. I wish I left it and didn't go back and read the last page. I bet this thread is full of howlers like this. Such a stupid thing to say; anyone who reads this and can't see through it's ignorance should be embarrassed.
  13. Haven't read any posts in the thread but I'm guessing it's a lot of people saying they're not going to support England for one reason or another. I reckon I'll be going against the grain saying that I fully support England and would go f*cking crazy if we won. Imagine the whole country partying and having a good time. Would be an amazing feeling.

Dude has had 3 heart attacks before he was 30 and just had another one at 33. I am envious of the lifestyle his dad has afforded to him but it's not about constantly worrying when your heart is going to pack up. The guy is living that life though, would be fun to do for a month.
  15. It's very easy to say it's a not a good idea without then giving a better idea. With that said it's a f*cking sh*t idea.
  16. I've never called a white person a daem or even think I'm particularly THAT persecuted but whenever anything like this happens I instantly think "I hope he's not black." It's just embarrassing to read all the sh*t people post on Facebook and how it get's a little bit awkward when talking about the subject. Flojo summed it up perfectly.
  17. Not yet, you have to pay for it?
  18. I've just dropped down a grand on a new PC to try and curb my partying. Add me on Steam: Onato123. I'm up for playing any game, more so if I get to kill other peoples cyber dudes.
  19. All this talk about "do they like blacks" is stupid. It's the sort of question I'd ask in year 7 and reeks of insecurity. Who gives a f*ck what a b*tch likes? You think women even know what they like half the time? When you stop with the self limiting talk race becomes a minor. I don't touch down in a new country and think "oh gosh darn, I hope they like my particular race." I just wonder how quickly she's going to bang.
  20. I haven't had a mobile phone for about 2 years now. You cockney's probably won't understand what I mean by this but some of the best opportunities have been presented to me from talking to random people waiting for a train/coffee/etc. I do have a land line at my house and office mind you.
  21. After watching Reservoir Dogs I wouldn't rule out Tim Roth.
  22. A lot more people would be a lot happier if they stopped worrying about things which are out of their control. If you spent as much time sorting your own sh*t lives out instead of bemoaning other peoples relationships you might not be so bitter.
