yeh i my mates got 9 for drivin wid no license or insurancebut he was still allowed to do his testlol, one guy i know got busted driving with no license, insurance etc... when it came to taking his test a few years later, the traffic cop who nicked him had become a driving instructor and guess wot? He was on my mate's test! needless to say he failed!Pissed.Super pissed.Mega pissed.Ultra pissed.talk about bad luckhaha
