  1. done dizz a few times that feeling in your stomach when you start coming up ---> best way to describe it is you're just in a really good mood, everyone you look at you want to talk to everything you touch feels good, your T shirt, your hair. drinks taste amazing. the smell of weed when you're on MD is amazing
  2. i used to make a shake exactly like that in the morning, i've cut out the peanut butter & olive oil cos it fucked my stomach up also milk used to mess with my skin (white genetics), i'm gonna start introducing it slowly and see what happens i don't see the need for gloves in the gym personally, a little bit of chalk for deadlifts sometimes is all you need IMO If you use gloves i don't think your grip strength increases sufficiently?
  3. Guys if I bought the serato rane box could I just download the software, get some time code CDs from eBay and I'd be good to go?
  4. Yo can someone tell me how bad that mixer is? I literally just started trying to learn, got 2 CD decks (numark axis 9s) and that mixer I'm not tryna be EZ just want to mix a few tunes together and not clang also got any tips for beginners? lol i'm guessing just practise practise

    his productions are good but don't rate him as a DJ saw him at Standard Place, he was on AFTER Oneman which was a big mistake as he kind of deaded the vibe he should have been on before Oneman and it would have been fine

  8. the intro was the best bit, sometimes I used to watch the beginning bit of the episode & then the intro and skip to the next one & repeat

  13. i always start again from the floor, for some reason when i touch it off the floor and go straight back up my form suffers i think it's better for your back to re-set the bar on the floor every time
  14. most people squat form is atrocious see some guys in the gym load up 100kg and barely move the bar what's the point
