when i am at work i use eyeliner (very fine, without the swishes) mascara and vasaline.. if i am going out i will wear fancy eyeliner mascara AND natural (plain coloured) lip gloss.. maybe some bluser if i am going to a wedding or interview (RARE OCASSIONS) on the weekends i MIGHT wear mascara but highly unlikelyvasaline is my best friend and mascara is a luxury i could live without everything elsei experimented with lipsticks,eye shadows, glitter eyeliners, concealer,foundation, press/compact/loose/brush/liquid to cream/cream to powder type sh*tall major no no'sI will apply powder to my nose if i am going underground on the trains during summer so that is doesn't get shiny b4 work.

didn't realise you were obsessed. would never move to cornwall i love living in a diverse community, what an oxymoron. I mean the different cultures and thing is great!!! I just wish they would speak English, and tone down there foriegness.

holiday is assigned on a pro -rata basis for most companies that basically means that say ur holiday for the year is 24 days (cant member wat legal minimum is) it will be assigned 2 days per month....based on that calculation u have 5days (we r only half way into march)if u work ur notice you'll have the months pay but you are entitled to be paid the full holiday allowence, which by that stage will be 6 days... so it makes more economical sense to work the notice and b paid the holiday....in the event u were to take two weeks holiday, and didn't come back to work out the days they so kindly gave u (which wld take u till end of may) they will deduct the money from your final wages, or in the even t that u had already been paid they will therefore not have to pay for the holiday you taken source : one employment law book i have laying around
