sorry for late reply.. but thanks for help. took it back to currys they did a health check to see if anything was wrong.. they could not find anything wrong with it. got it home and seems back to normal everything working. they obviously did something. but all working now.

My laptop fell on floor recently so took to curry's as I had insurance with them. They sent it off to be repaired. It comes back with new hard drive and new screen, But now it's so slow on the Internet. Any clues as what could be? Think going to take back to curry's after Xmas period
