  1. Does anybody else experience that shooting pain from the wrist upwards after doing a set of bicep curls?
  2. Hard to explain how, but recently my strength gains have crept up again. My diet has been quite poor since Christmas. I haven't been hitting my calories/protein/carb goals at all. But still.... Bench Press: 170kg 5 reps DB Shoulder Press: 55Kg each arm 6 reps One armed DB Row: 70kg 7 reps T Bar Row: 160kg 6 reps Barbell Curls: 65kg (inc. weight of bar) 6 reps DB Curls: 35kg 6 reps Will find out how Leg Press & Squat progress tomorrow. Looking to cut in a couple of months and I am bracing myself for losing a lot of my strength. Not looking forward to it.

  5. Homemade pre-workout shake by Kali Muscle. Said he came up with it while he was incarcerated. One teaspoon of instant coffee mixed with pepsi (or any other caffeinated drink). A lot of the fitness guys on Youtube are trying it now and saying it gave them a real buzz. Anyone here tried/ will try it? Might try it before todays back workout.
  6. Had a full shoulder dislocation a couple years back. Arm was literally hanging. Havent yet suffered a sublux though (touch wood). Does make me nerous whenever I'm lifting heavy on upper body though.

  8. I used to do sets from 50 reps, going down by 10 each time. So 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. Then do 3 sets of 20 with hands placed slightly wider for width. Then another 3 sets of 20 with feet up on a chair or end of the bed to hit the top of my chest. Did that every day, really added definition to my chest and tri's, whereas in gym sessions I was just focusing on heavy weights.
  9. Won 3 Premier League titles in a row with Man Utd. Wanted to bring in all the young players I had been training up for the past 3 seasons and sell all the players on massive wages. Sold Rooney, RVP, Nani, Ben Arfa, Fletcher, Carrick. Was sitting on 120mil (including £50mil board gave me) and didn't need to buy anyone. Just for the fun of it, launched a bid £120m for Messi. Barcelona wanted to negotiate, they said £400mil + Zaha. Offered them £120mil up front, and the rest in clauses + zaha. They accepted. Offered Messi £275k a week and maxed out all the bonuses (expecting his agent to bun me). Accepted the offer. So I signed him. Fully shegged the club financially but f*ck it, 1) I was bored and 2) 28 y/o Messi in a team that already has Wilshere, Ayew, Kroos and Hughes. I thought Messi was literally impossible to sign. Went on to do a treble (Premier League, Champs League and FA Cup)
  10. I'm in my 3rd season with Swansea right now. Still aint won a facking thing but finished 5th, then 4th in the first two seasons and made one cup final. Doing alright in the Champions League too.
  11. Just finished my 2012-2013 season with Swansea. Signed Vergard Forren for £5m (beasted all season), Aldo de Negris for £9m + clauses, Drenthe on a free and loaned Emmanuelson and Juan Manuel Torres. Raised about £5mil through selling swag reserve team and youth players with little potential. Board aim was to avoid relegation. Finished 5th in the League and got to the FA Cup final but lost it to Leeds. / Board has just given me £16mil to finish mid-table next season. Signed Jadson for £6mil, Alfred N'Diaye for £10mil, Bocchetti and Estigarribia on a free and brought in Andy Carroll on loan Raised £15.5m selling Drenthe, de Negris and Routledge. Trying to use the money to pry Welbeck from Utd.

  13. Went back today, chest session. Bench press has dropped to 120 and I maxed out after 3 sets. Generally felt fatigued after about 20 mins. Didnt realise a few weeks out would do this to me lol. C/S on the junk food guilt trip. I was banging out the fast food on holiday and now I just feel like a prick lol.
