On her stirring debut single, New York singer-songwriter Lizzy Grant transforms into the more bombastically-named Lana del ray and absolutely wallows in it. While the song is husky and sensual in a way that hits the sweet spot Cat Power has abdicated since The Greatest, lyrically, "Video Games" reads more like a prelude to "Lived in Bars". Strings well up and you'll want to hear lines like "Heaven is a place on earth where you/ Tell me all the things you want to do," and "I heard you like the bad girls, honey/ is that true?" as knowing, rhetorical come-ons.

Happiness or Money? If the richer and more powerful economies of the world, like the USA cut down on subsidies they put on imports and gave the money to Africa.. a lot less people would die.. a lot less will starve.. There are people in the world who eat lavish meals and throw away good food just because it either isn't nice or they just aren't hungry.. how about the rest of the world? They don't have food.. they live on dirty, contaminated water and little bits of food.. Which we wouldn't ever touch.. is the world getting more unequal as we speak? Why do we crave money? Why do people go to ruthless measures just to earn money that we might not ever use? We all die in the end.. Why are we all so materialistic? Why is human nature so cruel, so uncaring and so selfish? Odd…..!
