  1. wheres the websites and blogs etc that have these? like tel you what new tunes are coming out and that?
  2. Take everything into consideration such as - creativity, sales, vocal talents, influence among other artists e.t.cWhos your pick???
  3. Basically what the title says, can people just list all the albums from the start of 2007 'till now that are worth checking out, in the genres of: Rap, RnB, Dancehall, Reggae, and anything else that fits between the lines.
  4. When RnB wasnt generic and had the effortless club bangers without having to try to be too HipHop and it was just nice vibey records. Bunch of creatve artists came out, a lot of one-hit-wonders but damn the one-hits were near-classics not here-today-gone-tomorrow.Donell Jones feat. Styles P - Put Me DownNext - WifeyRuff Endz - No MoreSlow Jams were kicking, quite possibly, as hard as ever. Usher - Nice and SlowMale and Female groups were about in abundance. Girl power was in full-effect with ladies not being submissive and female-empowerment 702 - Where My Girls AtDestiny's Child - Get On The BusOr situations that were commonly accepted for men but a still taboo for women such as one-night-stands, talking about cheating on their menXscape - My Little SecretCouldnt get the official vid for this, but tune had to be mentionedDisclaimer: Just a few examples. Dont get it twisted though, Donell was used as effortless club banger. Could have chosen more obvious songs but I chose to avoid them in favour of maybe forgotten ones in most cases. Plus, I have to leave the obvious ones for othersProceed to reminisce. If any songs remind you of a certain time, place or somebody, share that
  5. WTF?Like I said time ago when she hits the stage in her career a Rnb/hiphop collabo will eventually happenThis sounds like something neyo will right stillhttp://www.zshare.net/audio/8000866993d3a5/

  10. Flat Eric

    Papoose

What do you think of him?Has his friggin album came out yet?If not, when is that thing out?I bet it won't even sell anyway.Papoose has some funny bars though.I listen to RnB, I don't listen to rap often,Everytime I hear a rapper these niggas be trash talkin'When I see em in the street I be ready to grab on emIll be walking right behind em you see they fast walkin'
  11. Can you remember the WORST R&B/Rap rap shows that you've been to? You know, the ones where the singers (usually American) do 5 songs then leave, are drunk or high, cuss the audience, play out of tune, argue with each other or repeatedly don't turn up. Rememeber the awful 1993 "performance" by Mary J Blige at Hammersmith Apollo or some of last year's performances by Amy Winehouse?
  12. I dont like any of themMary J's is way too preachy, The Dream's is about how he'll either take your girl or him beating a girl and Face Off is just for the yute gash, they'll love itWhat are you guys thoughts on it?Also, doesnt The Dream remind you of the new R. Kelly? The weird, experimental, crazy side of R. Kelly. Both how he writes and the arrangements
  13. Cunt Face.

    Def Jam

Is this no longer a rap label, but an RnB label now???Because from when I look at how it was back in the day and look at it now, I just see Neyo, Rhianna, Dream etc etc
  14. same as bane's threadmy list soon come
  15. this website comes like buried treasurehttp://houseofrhythmandblues.blogspot.comits a bit long to search thru but def worth it, its slightly easier if u search by year * 1960~1969 (1) * 1970~1979 (30) * 1980~1989 (141) * 1990~1999 (516) * 2000~2006 (649) * 2007 (137) * Repostados (271)137 ALBUMS FROM 2007 U KNOW!!
