He's been sick with the drums from young. When Berry Gordy first wanted to sign him to Motown and take him on tour, his mother didn't want him to do it.... in protest at his mum's decision, Stevie stayed in his room playing the drums for three days until she finally caved in and let him take the record contract. My personal favourite musician ever- took my username from his song. Responsible for so much stunningly innovative and incredible music... and them four classic albums in the 70s (Music Of My Mind, Innervisions, Fulfillingness' First Finale, Songs in the Key of Life) are maybe the best four consecutive albums by anybody, ever. So yes, I agree:
