Accra
Bought a pack of pork loin steaks at Tesco last week and defrosted em last night... I'm going home tomorrow morning so can't eat all of them (I don't think, wouldn't wanna try). How shall I cook em?I could fry em. I could grill them. If I grill them, do I use the George Foreman or the regular grill? I could chop them up and use them in a sauce to have with rice or pasta. I could chop them up and use them for a stir fry of some sort.Suggestions people... I need suggestions.

Superstition
Dry rub the meat with your favourite spices/seasoning, then brush both sides of the steaks with honey mustard sauce (pick some up, or make some: 2 parts honey, 2 parts mustard, mixing in 1 teaspn of sesame oil for every 2 tblspns of honey/mustard), and leave to sit for a few minutes in a baking dish.Stick the dish into the grill over medium heat (don't use a Foreman). Glaze the steaks with honey every 5 or 6 minutes, flip when necessary (only once! - turning them over and over repeatedly will dry them out). Should take 20-25 minutes or so until the juices run clear. While it's cooking, cut up a cooking apple into rings, and brush them lightly with honey. When the steaks are 2 minutes from finished, top the steaks with honey-glazed apple slices, and let them finish up.Serve them with spuds prepared the way LOG suggested.. never done that, but sounds quality
